How long does delivery take?

Yes. Every booster box, Elite Trainer Box, deck and tin sold on TCG CardStore is 100% authentic, factory sealed and sourced from trusted distributors. We never sell resealed or loose product.

Are pull rates guaranteed?

No. Sealed product contents are randomized by the manufacturer, and card pulls are a matter of chance. We guarantee the product is genuine and sealed, not the contents inside.

Do you sell English or Japanese product?

The language edition is stated on each product page. Unless marked otherwise, products are English editions.

What is your return policy?
