Returns & Refund Policy

Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, with the factory seal intact, and in original condition. Opened sealed product (booster boxes, packs, decks, tins) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, since the collectible contents are randomized.

How to start a return

Contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return
We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
Ship the item back using a trackable method
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange unopened items of equal or greater value. Reach out via our Contact Us page to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
